Poverty Guidelines
Southern Iowa Economic Development Association (SIEDA) is a 501(c)3 private non-profit operating in South East Iowa . Charitable donations made to SIEDA are always needed and accepted, and may have a tax benefit to the donor. Any donation by check or cash should be sent to: SIEDA, P.O. Box 658, Ottumwa, IA 52501-0658, and should indicate that they are a donation. You may use the Donation Form below.
If donating for a specific purpose (i.e. Energy Assistance, FaDSS, The Nest, Christmas toys, etc.), please indicate this purpose on the form or in a cover letter. Donations of goods and services must be evaluated for suitability prior to acceptance.
