Wipfli LLP released an audit report on Southern Iowa Economic Development Association doing business as Sieda Community Action in Ottumwa, Iowa. Sieda’s financial statements, as audited by Wipfli LLP, reported that the Agency had revenues of $10,921,987 for the year ended June 30, 2017, which was a 3.6% decrease from the prior year. Support included $9,807,477 from governmental contracts, $187,174 from in-kind contributions, and $927,336 from other sources. Expenditures for the Agency totaled $10,602,526 which was a 5.6% decrease from the prior year. Programs administered by the Agency include $918,943 for Weatherization, $2,713,486 for Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Programs, $2,800,127 for Head Start and $1,410,577 for Substance Abuse
