SiedaMile Awards

Sieda congratulates all of our most recent Sieda Mile recipients. The SiedaMile award is given to an individual or aforementioned organizational unit to show appreciation for exhibiting the SiedaMile attributes. These are, but not limited to, outstanding performance, going above and beyond in pursuit of Sieda’s vision, mission, and program goals. Including Sieda’s high standards of appropriate and ethical behavior that we value; Accountability, Cooperation, Dedication, Empathy, Growth and Development, Honesty, Respect, and Responsibility.

It can be given to any employee, department, committee, or unit and is awarded by the executive team. The prize for the SiedaMile award is the Sieda Medallion and recognition on the employee and board portals.
