Sieda Community Action with the Community Service Block Grant will be distributing personal hygiene, cleaning, and household items. The bags of items will be available in Appanoose, Davis, Jefferson, Keokuk, Mahaska, Van Buren, and Wapello Counties. The distribution will be at our Sieda Community Resource Centers.  Date of all distributions in all counties:

Bags are first come, first serve. One hygiene and cleaning box per household.

Income for households will need to be at or below 200% poverty level (click for 2021 Income levels).  Your household will need to be Pre-qualified. Your house is qualified if you received Energy Assistance (LIHEAP) last winter. Or your family has enrolled in one of our low-income programs (for example, FaDSS, PAT, Head Start). To check for qualification, please call your local Sieda Resource Center.
