Sieda Community Action seeks candidates for the Outreach and Communications Specialist position. Under the direction of the Executive Team, the Outreach and Communications Specialist serves as the primary source of information and outreach for the organization. This position coordinates or aides in the collection and analysis of quantitative and qualitative data relevant to the organization, facilitates community conversations on issues relevant to the organization, and coordinates or aides in community outreach and marketing activities. The Outreach and Communications Specialist coordinates the online and social media presence for Sieda and develops marketing and advertising materials for the organization. This position coordinates or aides in the collection and analysis of customer satisfaction data, employee satisfaction data, and community needs assessments necessary to support outreach and communications, and organizes or aides in planning and implementation of community outreach projects.
Employment Requirements
- The position requires the successful completion of a bachelor’s degree program or associate degree program with three years experience in marketing or design
- Requires a minimum of two years work experience.

This a full-time, full-year, non-exempt position with a hiring pay range of $15.37 to $18.06 per hour.
