The SiedaMile award is awarded by the executive team, but nominated by any member of the agency. It can be given to any employee, department, committee, or unit. The award is given to an individual or aforementioned organizational unit to show appreciation for exhibiting the SiedaMile attitude; outstanding performance, going above and beyond in pursuit Sieda’s vision, mission, and program goals.
