Neighborhood Resource Centers

Sieda’s Neighborhood Resource Centers are multi-service centers that house most, if not all, of the services provided by the agency in that county. Neighborhood Resource Centers are located in each of the counties served by Sieda. Each Resource Center is managed by a Economic Support Specialist (ESS). The Resource Centers’ Economic Support Specialists provide:

• Information and referral to all Sieda Programs
• Energy Assistance (LIHEAP) Applications
• Assistance with utility issues
• Crisis Advocacy
• Budget counseling
• Information and referral to community programs and assistance
• Information and Assistance with seasonal and annual programs:

  • Back to School
  • Christmas Program
  • Silver Bells
