With isolation a person may even start to have low self-esteem. Emotional isolation can happen during times of social isolation.
Sieda is providing a mental health support group that will be open to discussing these emotional, social concerns or feelings. The support group is also open, to discuss ways to help get through these times of uncertainty and ways to prevent emotional distress.
